Vendors’ Property and Liability: Timber-lee Ministries is not responsible for any vendor’s property at the market or when on Timber-lee’s property. Timber-lee is not responsible for any liability arising out of the negligent acts of vendors to their employees or for any injuries sustained by employees, other vendors, guests, and/or self sustaining injuries when on grounds. Vendors should obtain adequate property, liability, and worker’s compensation insurance to cover their property and liability.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions described above. I understand that no reimbursement will be made for fees paid if I, the vendor, decide to no longer participate in Timber-lee's Market.
